Hey guys! I wanted to explain this before we start. :-) We are going to post one of these newsletters twice a week. Its just a verse of the week, quote of the week, picture of the week, animal of the week, etc. Each one has a picture to accompany it and a few have short "reports." Don't worry, its not boring! We had to write it. =P So, anyway, that's what we're doing. So here's our first:
Riddle/Joke of the week: I am the beginning of the end, and the end of time and space. I am essential to creation, and I surround every place. What am I?
The answer for this riddle will be posted next week, but if anyone wants to try and guess just leave a comment please. We will announce who got it right next week.

On May 3rd, 1903, a baby boy was born in Tacoma, Washington. His parents named him Harry Lillis Crosby after his father Harry Lincoln. 6-7 years later, after several moves, an article was published in the paper called The Bingville Bugle. A neighbor who shared Harry’s enthusiasm for The Bugle took a liking to him and began calling him “Bingo from Bingville.” Ever since he was 6 years old, Harry has been called Bing. Bing eventually developed his gorgeous voice and began to perform. He was an American actor/singer. His most famous performance was probably in “White Christmas.” He also performed in “The Road Movies” with Bob Hope. He passed away on October 14th, 1977.
Place of the week: Egypt
Egypt, located in North Africa, holds the Nile river and several famous pyramids. Cairo is the capital and Alexandria is one of the largest cities. In summer, temperatures can be anywhere from 80 degrees F to 110 degrees F depending on where you live. In the winter, the temperatures range from 55 degrees F to 70 degrees F. The official language of Egypt is Arabic, and the religion is Islam or Muslim.

Animal of the week: Orangutan
The orangutan is just like every other ape, except it has much more human abilitites.Its average height is 4-5 ft and a male orangutan can weigh up to 250 lbs. The larger males can have an arm span of up to 7.5 ft. They eat mostly fruit and usually dwell in the trees.
